Internal Business Services (IBS) provides business and financial services to all ACOE programs, and provides appropriate training as well as development and implementation of policies and procedures in the following areas:

• Budgeting & Accounting
• Fiscal Services
• Countywide Retirement Services
• Purchasing

Internal Business Services coordinates and assists County Office program managers and directors to develop and implement program grant budgets, including the completion of year-end financial reports. In addition, IBS monitors office compliance with policies, administrative regulations, education code, and the requirements of state and federal agencies. This unit also provides countywide retirement services.
