The Bilingual Teacher Training Program offers:

  • CLAD/BCLAD preparation (for State Test). Classes are offered before each state established testing date.
  • CLAD/BCLAD preparation and Certificate Program offered to all teachers in Alameda County. These classes are offered at Oakland sites.
  • Language classes for teachers to meet the 90-hour requirement for CLAD certification.
  • SB 395 training as an alternative to CLAD Certification will be available.
