
19th Annual Teacher of the Year Awards
HAYWARD -- Sixteen teachers who have been selected as their district’s 2008 Teacher of the Year will be celebrated at the 19th Annual Alameda County Teacher of the Year Awards ceremony. This year's theme is Celebrating the Heart of Education.
The evening will be capped off with the announcement of the two Alameda Countywide Teachers of the Year, who will represent Alameda County in the statewide Teacher of the Year competition. See the list of honorees below.
Everyone is invited to help celebrate the heart of education on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008.
