County Superintendent Sheila Jordan has created the ACOE/Williams Task Force comprised of key staff from ACOE’s Business Services, Educational Services, Human Resources, and Communications to prepare and guide districts. The ACOE/Williams Task Force has worked closely with county offices around the state to prepare training materials, standardize forms, and implement processes at the district and county levels necessary for Williams compliance. It has trained district and school site administrators and is working closely with them to prepare for the County Office “validation visits” that take place every September.
