Network Monitoring

Setup intermapper, MOM, MRTG, Packeteer, Lightspeed, SYSLOG server and SNMPc to monitor the various network devices such as routers, switches, servers, WiFi AP’s, and UPS’s. Setup paging for outages due to hardware problems and application outages . . . .

Router Maintenance
  Contact:
Provide maintenance of the client routes in case of hardware failure (we do not cover the hardware just the config in case of hardware failure) or software corruption. We will do Time & Materials work if client requires configuration work not associated with a problem . . . .

Service Support and Management
  Contact:
Setup and configure and maintain the Footprints Service Support system. Provide Web access and accessibility to the system to our non-ACOE client via VPN access. Provide technicians with anywhere access via VPN /Terminal server access.
