The Region 4 Regional Assessment Network (R4 RAN) is a joint effort with the California Regional Assessment Network led by the Curriculum and Instruction Steering Committee (CISC) of the California County Superintendents. It convenes CAASPP and ELPAC assessment coordinators from seven Bay Area counties to provide a space for collaboration, share best practices to deepen knowledge and understanding about California's assessment and accountability systems, and establish a community of assessment leaders who represent the schools, districts, and COEs in Region 4.
