The Pipeline to Increase Community Teachers program (PICT) is designed to provide school districts with qualified substitute teachers who are familiar with the community where they work. PICT will provide qualified community members with the opportunity to support their community and try out teaching. This program will provide the support necessary to be successful in a classroom, and connect community members through mentorship with veteran teachers.
