Alameda County Trustee Areas

Area 1 - Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, and portions of Oakland, including Temescal and Rockridge, bordering Grand Avenue and The Warren Freeway.

Area 2 - Alameda, small northeast portion of San Leandro north of Dutton Avenue. Northwestern portion of Oakland, including West Oakland, Uptown and a portion of Jack London Square, with the area going down to the southern boundary, following International Boulevard, then going east to encompass the rest of Oakland below Area 3.

Area 3 - Encompasses Piedmont, the northeastern portion of Oakland along Warren freeway, central and eastern portions of Oakland, including Lake Merritt, Diamond District, Montclair, and half of Jack London Square, and goes down along International Boulevard.

Area 4 - The unincorporated communities of Ashland, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Fairview, Hayward Acres, San Lorenzo and portions of unincorporated Alameda County territory north of Castro Valley, a small northern area of Hayward along Foothill Boulevard and B Street and a majority of the city of San Leandro to the northern boundary line of Dutton Avenue.

Area 5 - Hayward, Union City and a northwestern portion of Fremont along the 84 Freeway.

Area 6 - Newark and Fremont, with the exception of Northwestern portion of the city north of the 84 freeway.
