Instructional Coaching Network
The 2022-2023 Instructional Coaching Network is composed of 30 instructional coaches from 7 school districts across Alameda County. Throughout the school year, participating coaches will engage in cycles of inquiry aligned to their individual contexts and their district’s initiatives, with an emphasis on equitable outcomes for students. Program Managers from the CORE Learning Department provide differentiated professional learning around a variety of topics including coaching best practices, progress monitoring, and observation and feedback tools and protocols. Coaches will have the space and support needed to think deeply about their current challenges and enact personalized action plans to impact teacher practice, student well-being, and academic outcomes.
