Office Skills, Clerical Skills, and Software Skills Testing

Our office skills tests are fully automated, easy to navigate, and a valuable tool in assessing the basic skills required by prospective employers. We utilize OPAC software to measure the most critical skills and abilities required in today's administrative and clerical positions.

Fees and Appointments

Call (510) 670-7726 to schedule an appointment. $10.00 for each test and certification. We accept debit/credit cards or money orders for payment (no cash payments). 

Tests Offered

OPAC's complete suite of validated tests includes typing speed and accuracy, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). OPAC testing software evaluates applicants in the actual tools they will be using on the job.
