Slides w/prompts and images
You've probably heard that taking full, deep breaths can calm your mind and help ease stress, and maybe you've experienced a sense of relaxation after a few mindful breaths. Did you know that extending your exhale can help further these benefits? Try experimenting with different counts of breath as you inhale and exhale. Do you notice any difference? This is a fun activity to share with children and in these slides, they can choose a shape and try different breathing patterns to see what feels best to them.
