School Health Billing

The School Health Medical Billing Department supports schools in maximizing reimbursements for student health services, ensuring critical programs remain sustainable. We provide expert guidance in claims processing, compliance, and financial oversight, assisting districts with LEA BOP and CYBHI Fee Schedule programs, state file submissions, and ACOE’s Electronic Health Record system. By ensuring school-based providers meet all billing requirements and maintain proper documentation, we help schools recover essential funds to reinvest in student well-being. As dedicated partners in education, we strive to strengthen school health programs, enhance student success, and promote long-term program sustainability. We do this by providing:

• Onboarding support to the LEA BOP and CYBHI Fee Schedule programs
• File submissions facilitation to the state’s third-party administrator
• Claims submissions management for billable services
• Help Desk and user access support for ACOE’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Billing programs compliance, guidance and audit support
